What we collect, why, and how to get it removed. We keep it short because there isn't much to it.
bifl.deals is an independent deal-alert service for products built to last. It is operated from the United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@bifl.deals about anything on this page.
If you join the list, we collect your email address. We ask you to tick a box to confirm you want it, so the only thing we hold is an email address you chose to give us. The lawful basis is your consent.
We use your email for one thing: to send you the deal alerts you signed up for. We will not sell it, share it, or use it for anything else. Every email we send will have a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also email us at hello@bifl.deals to be removed at any time.
Signups are stored in our own newsletter system, which runs on a server hosted in the European Union. We keep your address only for as long as you stay subscribed. When we start sending, the emails are delivered through a third-party email provider; we will name it here at that point.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies, does not track individual visitors, and does not collect personal data. We do not set tracking cookies of our own.
When you click through to a retailer or an affiliate link, that site sets its own cookies and applies its own privacy policy. We have no control over those.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@bifl.deals and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
